Rule text
Any party may prepare and submit a proposed judgment to the court for signature. Each party who submits a proposed judgment for signature shall serve the proposed judgment on all other parties to the suit who have appeared and remain in the case, in accordance with Rule
21a. Failure to comply with this rule shall not affect the time for perfecting an appeal.
