All rules of court relating to pleading, practice and procedure in judicial proceedings in the courts other than the Supreme Court of New Mexico heretofore adopted by the Supreme Court and rules supplementary thereto, not herein contained shall remain in full force and effect unless superseded, modified or repealed by these rules.
