NOTICE OF NON-AVAILABILITY OF CERTIFIED COURT INTERPRETER OR JUSTICE SYSTEM INTERPRETER
Notice is hereby given that the court has contacted the Administrative Office of the Courts for assistance in locating a certified court interpreter or justice system interpreter to provide requested court interpretation services in this proceeding but none is reasonably available. After evaluating the totality of the circumstances including the nature of the court proceeding and the potential penalty or consequences flowing from the proceeding, the court concludes that an accurate and complete interpretation of the proceeding can be accomplished with a non-certified court interpreter.
