La. C.C.P. art. 691. — Foreign corporation; foreign limited liability company; foreign or alien insurance corporation

Except as otherwise provided in Articles 692 and 693, a foreign corporation, a foreign or alien insurer, and a foreign limited liability company has the procedural capacity to sue to enforce its rights in the corporate or company name.
