La. C.C.P. art. 690. — Domestic corporation; insurer; limited liability company

Except as otherwise provided in Articles 692 and 693, a domestic corporation, a domestic insurer, and a domestic limited liability company has the procedural capacity to sue to enforce its rights in the corporate or company name.
