When an order grants relief for a nonparty or may be enforced against a nonparty, the procedure for enforcing the order is the same as for a party.

COMMENT TO 2017 AMENDMENTS Rule 71 has been amended consistent with the 2007 stylistic changes to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 71.
