Conn. Practice Book § 79a-8 — Docketing Child Protection Appeals for Assignment

The Supreme Court and Appellate Court may assign child protection matters without the case appearing on the docket. See Sections 69-1 and Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 69- 3, child protection appeals shall ordinarily take precedence for assignment for oral argument.
