sel To Withdraw When the defendant is represented at trial by the public defender or has counsel appointed to prosecute the appeal under the provisions of Section 43-33 and such public defender or counsel, after a conscientious examination of the case, finds that such an appeal would be wholly frivolous, counsel shall advise the presiding judge by filing a motion for leave to withdraw from the case.
