Rule text
(a) The judicial authority shall submit to the jury:
(1) The information upon which the defendant was tried; and
(2) All exhibits received in evidence.
(b) The judicial authority may, in its discretion, submit to the jury:
(1) Appropriate written forms of verdict;
(2) A copy or recording of the judicial authority's instructions to the jury; and
(3) Upon request by the jury, a copy or recording of an appropriate portion of the judicial authority's instructions to the jury.
