(Amended June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003.) Any additional police summons, delinquency complaint, delinquency petition, or information regarding a child or youth which is received by the court prior to action by the judicial authority on any pending request for nonjudicial handling shall be consolidated with the initial offenses or misconduct for purposes of eligibility for nonjudicial handling.
