sentments The executive committee of the Superior Court may choose one or more members of the bar of this state to prosecute presentments. The chief court administrator may also contract with members of the bar of this state to prosecute presentments, actions for reciprocal discipline, actions for interim suspension and disciplinary proceedings predicated on the conviction of an attorney of a felony or other crime set out in Section 2-40.
