Rule text
(a) There is established the Colorado Attorneys' Fund for Client Protection to mitigate Claimants' losses caused by dishonest conduct committed by licensed attorneys authorized to practice in Colorado or as set forth in C.R.C.P. 252.10. (b) There is established, under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Colorado, the Colorado Attorneys' Fund for Client Protection Board of Trustees, which is authorized to receive, hold, manage and disburse such funds as may from time to time be allocated to the Fund.
