(a) Notice of Order to the Courts. The clerk of the supreme court must promptly notify all courts within the supreme court's jurisdiction of a final order of reinstatement from disability inactive status. (b) Notice to ABA National Regulatory Data Bank. The Regulation Counsel must transmit notice of reinstatement from disability inactive status to the National Regulatory Data Bank maintained by the American Bar Association.
