(a) Prohibition Against Lawsuit Based on Proceeding Under this Rule. A respondent may not institute a civil lawsuit against any person based on a request for investigation, testimony in a proceeding under this rule, or other written or oral communications made in a proceeding under this rule to entities identified in C.R.C.P. 232.3 through C.R.C.P. 232.7 and C.R.C.P. 232.22 or to individuals working or volunteering on behalf of those entities. (b) Immunity for Entities Described in this Rule. The entities identified in C.R.C.P. 232.3 through C.R.C.P. 232.7 and C.R.C.P. 232.22 and all individuals working or volunteering on behalf of those entities are immune from civil suit for conduct in the course of fulfilling their official duties under this rule.
