Injunctions, stipulations to injunction, and findings of contempt may not be based on conduct reported more than five years after the date the conduct is discovered or reason-

ably should have been discovered. But there is no rule of limitation where the allegations involve fraud or where the respondent is alleged to have concealed the conduct.
