C.R.C.P. 202.2. — Supreme Court Advisory Committee

(1) The Supreme Court Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) is a permanent committee of the Supreme Court. See C.R.C.P. 242.3. The Advisory Committee oversees the coordination of administrative matters for all programs of the attorney regulation process. (2) The Advisory Committee shall have oversight over the attorney admissions process. (3) The Advisory Committee shall recommend to the Supreme Court proposed changes or additions to the rules of procedure governing admission to the practice of law. (4) The Advisory Committee shall review the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of all matters involving the admission of persons to practice law in the state of Colorado.
